Since 2021, Mammoth Junk Removal has been striving to handle Mammoth’s junk reliably, mindfully, and affordably. We aim to support the Mammoth Lakes community by helping folks rid themselves of unwanted things - clearing yards, homes, and stress. With a team of 7 strapping young lads, a lovely secretary, and a trusted pup named Darko, we’ll make sure your junk is handled, in the best way possible - no matter what the job entails.

Where does my junk go?
We take all waste to the Pumice Valley Landfill and Transfer Station in Lee Vining. Before we leave we make sure all waste is fully secure and covered in our dump trailer. Once we arrive, we separate your junk into categories to dispose of everything properly and responsibly. The landfill fees are calculated by weight and the type of item being disposed of. Lastly, the landfill fee is then added to your final invoice for payment.
Can you donate my junk?
We’ll always try to rehome or donate anything we can to local churches, schools, and thrift stores. However, due to limited hours and acceptance restrictions of our local donation options, we cannot guarantee donation as an option for your junk and can’t always offer donation receipts upon removal. We hope to one day change this, but given our own limited storage space, we’ll have to wait to make donations a more permanent part of our business.
How quickly can you take my junk?
With a hardworking team like ours, we can usually get your job done next-day, or within the week. However, our client needs are always growing, and some weeks can get a little busy. Give us a call and we’d be happy to let you know our earliest availability and try and accommodate your needs, no matter how quickly they need to happen.
